What is your shipping policy?

The High Hand Designs shipping charges and policies are as follows:

Upon adding an item(s) to your cart you can view real time shipping quotes and options for you order.

We offer our customers thier choice of USPS Priority Mail or serveral FedEx/UPS shipping options.

• We recommend using -Priority Mail for lighter weight items (shirts/posters) and FedEx/UPS for heavier items (signs)
• High Hand Designs uses FedEx/UPS/DHL to fill our ground, overnight and second day shipping needs.
• By using our real time UPS rates please note that your order may arrive by any of our approved carriers.
• NOTE: A few select items will ALWAYS ship via a set carrier.
• Paintings always ship USPS Priority - insured and with delivery confirmation
• Personalized Items always ship via UPS/FedEX - insured and with tracking number

Will you ship outside the United States?

Yes - We ship to most countries. Just place your order on our website. Once you place an item in your cart you will then be able to see your ship rates and options.

Can I expedite or rush deliver my order?

We do offer FedEx/UPS overnight and 2nd day shipping options. Note speeding up your shipping does not affect a personalized items production time, only the delivery once production is complete.

What is your return / exchange policy?

The quality of our products and your buying experience are our greatest concerns.

If you are not satisfied, you may exchange item(s)** within 30 days of receipt for a product of equal or lesser value. All exchanges are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit exchanges. Sorry, all transactions are nonrefundable.

**Note: Personalized pieces, Artwork, and limited editions may have separate return policies. These will be listed right on the individual product pages.

What size shirt should I buy?

All men’s T-shirts are your standard size T-shirts. Women’s shirts can run slightly smaller, so please order accordingly.


What if I order the wrong size?

You can always exchange unworn/unwashed shirts for a different size. See our return/exchange policy.

Do your signs and framed art pieces come ready to hang?

All of our signs come ready to hang with pre-drilled holes, eyelets or keyholes. We do not include mounting hardware such as nails or clips.

How often do you add new products?
